This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 29.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11839 of 2022. 3.
Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners, the prayer for modification is allowed. Accordingly, in para-4 & 6 of the order dated 29.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11839 of 2022, the words "S.D.J.M., Balasore" are hereby corrected and replaced by the words "J.M.F.C., Soro". Learned counsel for the Petitioners is also allowed to carry out necessary corrections in the cause-title of the bail application in court today, so far as the name and address of the lower court is concerned.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 29.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11839 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
