This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 21.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11845 of 2022. 3.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has two more criminal antecedents of similar nature in his name, the order dated 21.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11845 of 2022 stands modified to the extent that the condition in para-4 of the aforesaid order regarding verification of criminal antecedents of similar nature of the Petitioner is hereby waived, but subject to the Petitioner furnishing cash security of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the satisfaction of the learned court in seisin over the matter. However, the other conditions in the said order remain unchanged.
