This matter is taken up in furtherance to the direction of this Court dated 12.10.2022.

Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 12.10.2022 Mr. Kamalakanta Panda, the Tahasildar, Bhograi is present in Court today. By producing receipt before this Court, it is established that there is already payment of a sum of Rs.3,000/- to the Petitioners and further documents indicate that there has also been showing of final outcome on the record of rights involved herein. Copy of which is already enclosed with such compliance memo. The same be kept on record. A copy of such document be also handed over to the learned counsel for Petitioners.

Keeping the above in view, this Court finds, nothing survives in this Writ Petition to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, there is no requirement of appearance of Mr. Kamalakanta Panda, the Tahasildar, Bhograi. Therefore personal appearance of Mr. Kamalakanta Panda, the Tahasildar, Bhograi is dispensed with.
