This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the letter dated 23rd May, 2022 (Annexure-13) issued by the Divisional Forest Officer Kalahandi South Division-Opposite Party No.3 in refusing to grant Timber Transit permit in favour of the Petitioner.

Since the order/letter impugned herein refusing to grant T.T. permit is appealable under Rule 7(3) of the Odisha Timber and other Forest Produce Transit Rules, 1980, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may workout his remedy in accordance with law.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
