Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Even though substance of Writ Petition discloses the Sarpanch is aggrieved by the order at Annexure-2, the Writ Petition has been involved one Gobinda Chandra Malik.

The Writ Petition is not entertinable at the instance of Mr.Gobinda Chandra Malik. However dismissal of the Writ Petition does not stand on the way of the Sarpanch, to bring Writ Petition on the official capacity.

4.

Certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the Petitioner.
