Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves a direction to the Tahasildar, Khurda, O.P.2 involving issuing OLR Patta in favour of the Petitioner. Record disclosed, the Petitioner made such claim on the basis of determination in the OLR Proceeding, as clearly disclosed through Annexure-2. Annexure-2 also disclosing thereby asking the Petitioner to deposit particular premium in respect of particular land also disclosed therein. This Court finds, unless there is lawful obstruction by way of stay of such order involved therein, there is no prevention in preparation of the OLR Record of Rights.

It is in disposal of the Writ Petition, as this Court finds, vide Annexure-3 the Petitioner has also deposited the premium, O.P.2 is directed to consider the request involved herein and do the needful by bringing out necessary Patta at least within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order.
