This is an application for extension of time for surrender visa-vis the petitioner with respect to the order dated 27th September, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 2636 of 2022.

By the above order dated 27th September, 2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in G.R. Case No. 170 of 2006 arising out of Surada P.S. Case No. 93 of 2006 but she could not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioner to surrender to comply the Court's order. 3.

For the reason stated, I.A. stands allowed.

Consequently, the petitioner is now directed to surrender before the court of learned JMFC, Surada on or before 22nd December, 2022 in connection with G.R. Case No. 170 of 2006 arising out of Surada P.S. Case No. 93 of 2006 and in the event she

surrenders, the court below shall release her on bail with conditions as has already been directed by this Court while disposing of CRLMC No. 2636 of 2022.
