This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for Order No.

early admission of Settlement Revision Petition No.720 of 2019 pending before the Additional Commissioner of Settlement & Consolidation, Berhampur.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs in the event the petitioner files a memo before the competent authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the Settlement Revision Petition No.720 of 2019 within a period of one month thereafter.
