This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for both the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he does not want to press this bail application at this stage. He further prays for a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial keeping in view the fact that Petitioner has been languishing in jail custody since 25.07.2021.

In such view of the matter, the bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the trial court to make an endeavor to conclude the trial of the case within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
In the event the trial is not completed within the stipulated period of time, it is open for the Petitioner to apply fresh bail
// 2 // application. In such event, the trial court shall consider and dispose of the bail application of the Petitioner in accordance with law. 6.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
