Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Machhkund P.S. Case No. 61 of 2021 corresponding to T.R. Case No. 66 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge, Koraput for the alleged commission of offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(C)/25 of NDPS Act.

This is the successive bail application filed by the petitioner seeking bail, I find no change in the circumstances to warrant a different view being taken. The bail application is therefore rejected. 5.

Trial be expedited, if there is no other legal impediment. 6.

The BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
