This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In compliance of the order dated 24.09.20222, Smt. Geeta Sahu, Convener, PG Counselling Committee-2022 appears in person and files an affidavit in Court today, which is taken on record. Paragraphs-2 and 3 of the said affidavit, read as under:- "2. That, so far as the cut-off date for one year Internship (Direct Candidates) is concerned, it is humbly submitted that in continuation of the notice dated 13.09.2022, a corrigendum has been issued clarifying that the completion of the internship for direct candidates is 31.07.2022.

Copy of the said corrigendum dated 24.09.2022 is annexed herewith as Annexure-C/5.

3. That, another corrigendum has also been issued clarifying the cut-off date as 31.03.2022 for in-service candidates only.

The copy of the said corrigendum is annexed herewith as Annexure-D/5."

In view of the corrigendum issued by the authority, since

the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said corrigendum. 4.
