1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner, seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.3/ Block Education Officer, Lamtaput, in the district of Koraput for compliance of the defects raised by the Opposite Party No.4/ Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar vide Memo No.3344 dated 04.03.2022 for grant of final family pension with T.I. with effect from 23.06.2010 with all arrear dues in his favour.

4. In this context, it is directed that the Opposite Party No.3/ Block Education Officer, Lamtaput, in the district of Koraput shall assist the Petitioner in curing the defects within a period of fifteen days from the date of presentation of this order and send it back to the Opposite Party No.4/ Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar for compliance of the Memo No.3344 dated 04.03.2022 under Annexure-6.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
