For the involvement of R.P. proceeding U/s.15(b) of the O.S.S. Order No.
Act, 1958 and looking to the nature of dispute and for the limited scope with the authority under the above provision, this Court observes, there is no scope for entering into any such conflicts between the parties through the writ petition at this stage. Petitioners raise conflict thereby ascertaining their right title and interest over the disputed property in question. Looking to the nature of dispute this Court observes, there is no purpose in remitting the matter to the Commissioner involved herein except in disposal of the writ petition as no more entertainable at this stage, this Court permits the Petitioners to find-out any other alternate remedy available to them and avail. 2.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
