None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the State Chief Information Commissioner, Bhubaneswar to review the order dated 21st March, 2022 passed in Complaint Case No.121 of 2018.

On the last occasion, i.e. on 2nd November, 2022, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter. Direction to serve a copy on Mr. Dash, learned counsel appearing for the State Chief Information Commissioner has also not been complied with.

Today, none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter. Thus, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest to pursue the writ petition.
