This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No.584 of 2022, pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh, arising out of Khaprakhol P.S. Case No.114 of 2022, for offences under Sections 274/275//276/120(B) of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagarh, by order dated 16.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 27.08.2022 and chargesheet has already been filed on 12.09.2022 and they have no criminal antecedent. Hence, their further continuance in custody is unwarranted.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
