Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.08.2022 in connection with P.R. No. 85/2022-23 corresponding to 2(a)CC Case No.04 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned P.M.J.J. Board, Balangir for the alleged commission of offence under Section 21-B of NDPS Act.

Having regard to the fact that the seized contraband is less than commercial quantity being 100 ml of codeine phosphate, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose.
5. CRLREV is accordingly disposed of.
