This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the BLAPL No.9155 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 27.09.2022 granting bail to the petitioner but in paragraph-7, the condition for verification of criminal antecedents has been wrongly mentioned and the same may be deleted. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 4.

Accordingly, it is directed that in paragraph-7 of the order dated 27.09.2022, "7. It is further directed that the Court in seisin over the matter to verify the criminal antecedents of the Petitioner and impose any additional condition(s), if situation so warrants. This order shall remain valid in the event the court in seisin over the matter is satisfied that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents" be

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
