This is an application for extension time vis-a-vis order dated 21.09.2022 passed in CRLMC No. 2649 of 2022.

By order dated 21st September, 2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in S.T. Case No. 98 of 2022 but he could not do so. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the time may be extended in order to enable the petitioner to surrender in compliance of the Court's order dated 21st September, 2022. For the reason stated, I.A. stands allowed. The petitioner is now directed to surrender before the court of learned Sessions Judge, Ganjam, Berhampur on or before 21st October, 2022 in connection with S.T. Case No. 98 of 2022 and in the event of his surrender, the court shall release him on bail with conditions.
