Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant and submits, there has been wilful and deliberate violation of order dated 15th July, 2022. He submits, the reconsideration directed has resulted in same order, impugned in the writ petition and disposed of by said order.

It appears from order dated 19th August, 2022, passed by Principal Secretary to Government that paragraph-6 therein is the reason given for not including petitioner in the Board. Paragraph-6 is extracted and reproduced below.

// 2 // "6.Since all the five members from the employers side have been filled up and their membership will continue upto 06.02.2003, it is hence not possible at this stage to consider the petitioner Association for inclusion as a member to the present Board by Government."

There has been an order made on restoration of petitioner's representation, as directed in the writ petition. In event applicant is aggrieved, remedy may be found, if permissible in law. Such remedy does not lie in contempt.

The application is disposed of.
