There is a strange allegation through paragraph no.5 that the Order No.

Petitioner in the process of preparation of draft publication attempted to submit an application U/s.12 of the O.S.S. Act, which has been declined to be received by the Opposite Party No.4. 2.

Considering the allegation made by the Petitioner and without entering into any such controversies at this stage, this Court permits the Petitioner to re-submit such application before the Opposite Party No.4 within a period of seven days hence, provided the draft publication process is still on and do the needful.
