This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Addl. Government Advocate contended that though this contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 23.06.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 18354 of 2021, but the State Government has preferred Writ Appeal bearing W.A. No. 1033 of 2021 against the order passed in the writ petition, which is pending disposal before this Court.

In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to purse the remedy after disposal of the aforementioned Writ Appeal.
