Heard Mr. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Dhal, learned Addl. Government Advocate.

During course of hearing, Mr. Mohapatra wants to withdraw this writ application as the petitioner wants to approach the appropriate authority for getting the certificate of trade license afresh and the certificate of street vending under the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014. 3.

Considering such submission, the writ application is disposed of, as withdrawn.
