This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.09.2022.

It is submitted that though in the earlier order of rejection there is mention of antecedent of the petitioner but inadvertently, the same was not taken note and this Court directed that in the event the petitioner has any antecedent, the bail order shall stand recalled. 5.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the order of rejection, the stipulation relating to antecedent as stated in Paragraph-8 of the order dated 28.09.2022 stands recalled.

Other stipulations shall remain unaltered.

Petitioner is directed to be released on bail on receipt/production of certified copy the order dated 28.09.2022 in the connected BLAPL along with the order passed in this I.A. 8.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
