2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are in custody since 25th July, 2021 in connection with Boudh P.S. Case No.182/2021 corresponding to Special (NDPS) No.34/2021 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Boudh for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act .

4. Having regard to the fact the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. Learned court below shall make effort to expedite the trial, if there is no other impediment.
