This is an application for modification of the order dated 23rd September, 2022 by which the CMP was disposed of. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that at paragraph-5 of the order dated 23rd September, 2022 instead of mentioning "Annexure-4", it has been inadvertently mentioned as "Annexure-3", which needs correction.

I find the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner to be correct. The order dated 23rd September, 2002 be corrected accordingly to the aforesaid extent.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Certified copy, if obtained, may be submitted for necessary correction by the Copying Department. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
