2. It is submitted that in the meantime charge sheet has been submitted deleting the offence under Sections 3(2)(v)/ 3(2)(va) of SC & ST (POA) Act.

3. As such, the proper course is to file a bail application instead of criminal appeal.

4. On the oral submission of learned counsel for the appellant, the prayer for change of nomenclature is allowed.

5. The CRLA is converted to BLAPL.
