This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

This is application for modification of the order dated 02.05.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.13265 of 2020. 3.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 02.05.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 3rd line of paragraph-2 of the order, the name of the Court "S.D.J.M., Angul" be substituted by "S.D.J.M., Talcher".

Necessary correction be carried out in the order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by three weeks more with effect from today. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
