Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer:- "It is therefore prayed Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to admit the writ application, issue Rule Nissi in the nature of writ of mandamus calling upon the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why the approved action plan passed by the BDO, Baramba, the Opp. Party No.4 under Annexure-2 shall not be quash and the BDO, Baramba, the Opp. Party No.4 shall not be directed to grant Rs.2,03,352/- for United grant of 40% and Rs.3,05030/- for Tied grant of 60% for the year 2022-23 to Ratapat Gram Panchayat as per the guideline under Annexure-1 instead of Rs.3,00,000/- under Baramba Block, And in the event the Opposite Parties fail to show cause or show insufficient case, the said Rule be absolute quashing the approved action plan passed by the BDO, Baramba, the Opp. Party No.4 under Annexure-2 and the BDO, Baramba, the Opposite Party No.4 shall be directed to grant Rs.2,03,352/- for United grant of 40% and Rs.3,05030/- for Tied grant of 60% for the year 2022-23 to Ratapat Gram

// 2 // Panchayat as per the guideline under Annexure-1 instead of Rs.3,00,000/- under Baramba Block, And may pass such order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, proper, and equitable in the facts and circumstances of the case;

And for which act of kindness the Petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

From the submission, it appears, Petitioner has a grievance of not working out the release conditions in 15th FC Grant Allocation to Panchayat Samiti brought at page-18 of the brief. Even after a statement is made in the Court that there has been pending of representation, this Court from the Writ Petition nowhere finds any such document available here.

In the circumstance, this Court finds, there is no possibility of entertaining such Writ Petition which is dismissed accordingly. 5.

Petitioner, if so advised may approach under appropriate application to the competent authority.
