This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to count his past service w.e.f. 06.04.1981 to 17.10.1997 for the purpose of pensionary benefits and other retirement benefit.

Mr. S. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 23.03.2018 of the tribunal in the case of Sarada Prasad Routray v. State of Orissa and others and batch of matters. Therefore, direction may be given to the authority to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the aforesaid order of the tribunal, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 5.
As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party-authority to consider the case of the petitioner taking into consideration the order passed by the tribunal in Sarada Prasad Routray v. State of Orissa and others and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of
three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
