1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The petitioner is claiming that he was selected as a driver in the year, 2004 pursuant to the advertisement under Annexure-1 and later suddenly the opposite party No.2 did not appoint him despite the letter dated 18.02.2016 of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
3. In such view of the matter, let a representation be filed by the petitioner before the opposite party No.2-Collector, Sundergarh in the light of letter dated 18.02.2016 issued by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Odisha and said representation be decided by the authority as per the law, within a period of one month from the date of presentation of this order.
