1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application filed by the Petitioner seeking recall of the order dated 8th February, 2022.

3. Mr. S. B. Jena, learned counsel has appeared for the Petitioner today but on the last occasion when the order dated 8th February, 2022 was passed, none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner to participate the proceedings. Since it is a year old matter, this Court while not granting adjournment, disposed of the writ petition granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate forum, if any cause of action still survives.

4. Now, Mr. Jena wants to recall the said order and pursue the matter, which this Court is not inclined to do so as it will encourage the other counsel not to participate in the year old cases and subsequently by filing I.As. will recall the order. It will create difficulty for the Court for delivering justice.

5. Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.
