This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for withdrawal of the writ petition stating that the disputes between the parties have been settled out of Court.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition assailing the order dated 29th November, 2018 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in C.M.A. No.28 of 2018.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous as the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court. He, therefore, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Considering the submission made by Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
