This writ petition involves the following prayer:- Order No.
"The Petitioner therefore prays that this Hon'ble court be graciously pleased to issue RULE NISI calling upon the Opp-parties to show cause as to why a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ / Writs shall not be issued.
(I) Directing the Opposite Party No-2 & 3 to receive the land revenue of the petitioner's homestead land of Mouza:- No-Unit No-16, Sobra, having hal Khata No :-41 and Hal plot no -1392 measuring of an area Ac 0.12 dec for the year of 2011-2012 till date.
(II) If the opp-parties fail to show cause or to show insufficient cause, to make the said Rule absolute and;
(III) To pass such other order or orders and to issue such other writ or writs, as would afford complete relief to the petitioner"

Petitioner claims that in spite of land rent being collected for quite a substantial period and as has been established through the
// 2 // document at Annexure-2, since 2011 there is no receiving of the same by the competent authority.

Considering the submission made and since the R.O.R is standing in the name of the Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the R.O.R. has not been disturbed as yet, nothing prevents the competent authority to accept the revenue in respect of the land involved herein to be submitted within a period of seven days hence. It is further directed that the revenue shall be accepted without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
