This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in Special G.R. Case No.18 of 2022 pending in the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Sonepur, arising out of Ullunda P.S. Case No.27 of 2022, offence under Sections 363/376(2)(n) IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Children's Court, Sonepur by order dated 16.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

Considering the tenor thereof and taking into account that the charge sheet has been filed on 25.08.2022, this Court directs the Petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
