This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 68 of 2020 arising out of Sarangada P.S. Case No. 8 of 2020 on the file of learned SDJM, Baliguda, registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 302/34 I.P.C. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Baliguda, by order dated 16.10.2020, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Keeping in view of the nature of allegation this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for bail. 6.

The BLAPL is accordingly, disposed of.

It is stated that the petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2020 and trial has not commenced.

Learned court in seisin over the matter is called upon to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer, if the trial is not concluded within the time fixed and the delay is not attributable to the petitioner. ( V.Narasingh ) Judge Dhal
