This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.1056 of 2022 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C, Aska, arising out of Dharakote P.S. Case No.210 of 2022, offence under Sections 420/406/408 IPC and is in custody since 27.08.2022. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aska by order dated 15.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking note of the nature of allegation and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the investigation has progressed substantially and the cognizant fact

that the investigation is more or less based on the documentary evidence, this Court directs the Petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. Additionally it is directed that the Petitioner shall appear before the I.O once every week till conclusion of the investigation. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
