2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"to direct the opp parties to release the pension and the pensionary benefits like gratuity, annual increment w.e.f November, 2014 and leave salary in favour of the petitioner and to direct the opp. parties to give 12% interest for the delayed payment of pension and pensionary benefits by issuing appropriate writ/writs in the facts and circumstances of the case.

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this

// 2 // Court directs opposite party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law and taking into account Annexure-2 series within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.
