This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioners accused in G.R. Case No.795 of 2022 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C, Aska, arising out of Dharakote P.S. Case No.169 of 2022, offence under Sections 341/294/323/324/307/506/34 IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aska by order dated 16.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking note of the nature of allegation and the counter allegation as noted in the order dated 24.08.2022 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.7333 of 2022 relating to the co-accused and

also taking note of filing of the charge sheet in the meanwhile, this Court directs the Petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
