This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 22.09.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has two similar criminal antecedents, however, in 4th paragraph of the order dated 22.09.2022, it has been mentioned that in the event it is found that there is more than one criminal antecedent of similar nature against the Petitioner. He further submitted that considering the two criminal antecedents, the cash surety of Rs.10,000/- was imposed by this Court.

Considering such submission, the order dated 22.09.2022 is modified to the extent that in place of "one criminal antecedent" in the 1st line of page-2, the words "two criminal antecedents" be replaced. Necessary correction be carried out in the order dated 22.09.2022. 6.

In view of the aforesaid modification, the time to surrender of the Petitioner before the Court in seisin over the matter is extended by another four weeks from today subject to Petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days hence and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
