The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the orders dated 4th December, 2019 (Annexure-1 series) passed in C.S. No.166 of 2015 and 20th August, 2021 as well as order dated 12th March, 2020 (Annexure-2 series) passed in Execution Case No.42 of 2020 by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhubaneswar.

In course of hearing, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
