2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The Petitioner has filed this application seeking a direction to the opposite parties to regularize his service.

4. Considering the contentions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, no direction can be issued directing the Opp. Parties to regularize his service. However, in the event any vacancy will arise in future, the opposite parties may consider the case of the Petitioner for his re-engagement taking into consideration his past experience.

5. With the above observation and direction, the writ Petition is disposed of.
