It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to one involved in WPC (OAC) No. 1061 of 2018 (Manjulata Das v. State of Odisha and others), which has been disposed of vide order dated 15.03.2022. 4.

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the Order dated 15.03.2022 in WPC (OAC) No. 1061 of 2018, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the authority along with the certified copy of the order passed in WPC (OAC) No. 1061 of 2018.
