Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It appears, the application of the Petitioners is pending, vide Annexure-3 requesting a change in the kisam of the land involved therein. It is also brought through Annexure-4 series that based on the request of the Petitioners, a report being called for from the R.I., vide Annexure-4 series is already submitted. This Court in disposal of the Writ Petition since finds, the Writ Petition is premature, however directs the Tahasildar, Parjang, O.P.3 to give final outcome to the application at Annexure-3 at the instance of the Petitioners also keeping in view the report of the R.I. through Annexure-4 series and further also involving the Petitioners by taking a lawful decision within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
