This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of authorities under TPSODL-Opposite Parties in providing power supply to the premises of the Petitioner over Plot No.648/987 under Khata No.129/322 (Gharabari) situated in mouza Panditgaon under Khallikote Tahasil in the district of Ganjam.

Mr. Suresh Chandra Dash, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of TPSODL-Opposite Parties by filing Vakalatnama in Court today, which is taken on record. He submits that there is a pending bill in respect of the said premises to the tune of Rs.73,228/-.

In course of hearing, Mr. Parida, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if

// 2 // the Petitioner approaches the authorities to settle the dispute in respect of the aforesaid premises.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of this writ petition with an observation that in the event the Petitioner approaches the authorities to settle the dispute and provide power supply, it should be considered in accordance with law providing him an opportunity of hearing.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
