This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). The petitioner Lopita Mishra @ Mama is aged about seventeen years and in the cause title, it has not been shown that she is represented by any of her guardian, moreover she has also signed the vakalatnama being a minor and in spite of that Stamp Reporter has not pointed out the same.

An explanation be called for from the concerned Stamp Reporter as to why he has not pointed out the same and for such purpose, the file be placed before the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court who shall call for the explanation to be furnished to this Court

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will do the needful to file an interim application for correction in the cause title so also file a proper Vakalatnama.
