Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the Tender Notice dtd.03.09.2022 issued by the Tahasildar, Sanakhemundi-opposite party no.4 for grant of lease of Keshapur- A stone Quarry in the district of Ganjam under Annexure-1 and further to allow the petitioner to operate the Keshapur-B stone Quarry by way of extension of his lease period as per the Rule-8(4) of the OMMC Rules, 2016.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before opposite party no.2 under Annexure6, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Additional Standing Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the

case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
