Heard Mr. A. Routray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J.P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate for the State. 3.
The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the notice dated 07.09.2021 in O.P.P. Case No. 32/2021 under Annexure-6 and to direct the opposite parties to conduct fresh inquiry with regard to actual possession of the disputed land as appended in the schedule of the writ petition.

Mr. A. Routray, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that against the notice dated 07.09.2021, the petitioner wants to file objection and direction may be issued to the opposite party to consider the same in accordance with law.

Considering the limited grievance made by the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to file objection to the impugned notice, if he is so advised, which shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6.
