Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction at the present and therefore seeks for an adjournment. However, the Court is not inclined to grant adjournment as the matter is of the year 2015.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the petition in case any cause of action still survives.
