1. The affidavit of Opposite Party No.3 at Annexure-4 states that she has already compromised the matter. There is nothing on record disputing the veracity of the said affidavit.

2. Accordingly, Khamar P.S. Case No.91 of 2015 and the corresponding G.R. Case No.166 of 2015 pending in the Court of SDJM, Pallahara and all proceedings consequent thereto in respect of the present Petitioner are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
