This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the CRLA No.497 of 2021 has been disposed of by order dated 05.04.2022. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an engineer and having worked in different districts of the State of Odisha, the condition nos. ii &.iii causing serious prejudice. Hence, that condition may be modified. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that condition no.iii of the order dated 05.04.2022 is hereby waived and the condition no.ii is modified to the extent that the appellant shall appear before the I.O. once in a month preferably on Sunday at 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M., rest part of the order remaining the same.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
